Not a Replacement for Emergency Care: Our services are not intended for medical emergencies. If you experience a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
Provider Discretion: All prescriptions are at the sole discretion of the treating healthcare provider. We do not guarantee that you will receive a prescription.
Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current health information. Providing false information may result in termination of services.
Compounded Medications: Our medications are compounded by licensed 503A pharmacies. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved but contain FDA-approved active ingredients.
Personal Use Only: Medications are prescribed for your personal use only. You may not share, sell, or distribute your medications.
Follow Instructions: You agree to use medications only as directed by your healthcare provider.
Recurring Payments: Your subscription will automatically renew each billing period (monthly or quarterly) until cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: Due to the nature of prescription medications, refunds are generally not available for medications that have shipped. Please contact support for refund requests.
Medications require temperature-controlled shipping and must be refrigerated upon receipt. You are responsible for providing a valid shipping address and ensuring someone is available to receive the package. We are not responsible for medications damaged due to delayed retrieval.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of GetSlimRX or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
No Guarantees: We do not guarantee specific weight loss results. Individual results vary based on many factors including diet, exercise, and adherence to treatment.
Service Availability: We strive to provide uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee continuous availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetSlimRX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to our business or other users. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
