Provider Approves Your Prescription

24-48 hours

After you complete your health assessment and checkout, a licensed provider reviews your information within 24-48 hours. Once approved, your prescription is sent to our partner pharmacy.

Pharmacy Prepares Your Medication

1-2 business days

Our licensed 503A compounding pharmacy prepares your personalized medication. Each dose is carefully compounded and quality-tested before packaging.

Medication Ships to You

2-3 business days

Your medication is packaged in a discreet, temperature-controlled container and shipped via priority delivery. You'll receive a tracking number via email.

Delivered to Your Door

Total: 5-7 business days

Your medication arrives in a plain, unmarked package. No indication of contents on the exterior. Signature may be required depending on your state.

Your privacy matters. All GetSlimRX shipments arrive in plain, unmarked packaging with no branding or indication of contents on the exterior.

Inside, your medication is securely packaged with cold packs to maintain proper temperature, along with dosing instructions and injection supplies.

Temperature Control

GLP-1 medications require proper temperature handling. Our pharmacy uses insulated packaging with cold gel packs designed to maintain the appropriate temperature range for up to 48 hours.

Upon delivery, store your medication in the refrigerator (36-46°F / 2-8°C). Do not freeze.

Tracking & Support

Automatic Refills

Your subscription includes automatic monthly or quarterly refills. Your medication ships automatically before your current supply runs out, so you never have to worry about gaps in your treatment.

You'll receive an email 3 days before each shipment. If you need to adjust your delivery schedule, dose, or pause your subscription, you can do so through your patient dashboard or by contacting support.

There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

Yes, we ship to all 50 states. Some states may have additional telehealth requirements that our providers will discuss with you during your consultation.
How long until I receive my first order?
First orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days after payment. This includes provider review (24-48 hours), pharmacy preparation (1-2 days), and shipping (2-3 days).
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, you can update your shipping address through your patient dashboard or by contacting support before your next shipment.
What if my medication arrives warm?
If the cold pack in your shipment is completely warm or the temperature indicator shows out-of-range, contact us immediately. We'll send a replacement free of charge.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Our standard priority shipping (2-3 business days) is included free with every order. Expedited next-day delivery is available for an additional fee — contact support to arrange this.
